I have a return address packed in each shipment along with your invoice. 1- If the item has been damaged in transit: -Send it back and I will replace it as best I can. Most of my work is one-of-a-kind, but I will try my best to copy it. - If you would like a refund instead of replacement, I will gladly refund the purchase price and shipping cost. -Please send the item back in it's original packaging. I try to package my work well to minimize damage, so please use the original padding, bubblewrap and box, or boxes. -I will pay the return shipping on items damaged in transit. 2- If the item just isn't the right fit: -Maybe the color isn't quite what you wanted, or the item is bigger or smaller than you expected. - Just send it back in the original packaging.
